I’ve been rethinking the debate around the return to office and hybrid work patterns. After reading author and future of work consultant Annie Auerbach’s tweet last week, I’ve realised it’s not really about where or when we work. It’s a trust issue. Leaders need to reframe how they view their teams, not focus on how many days they are visible in the office.
“Given leaps forward in productivity, wellbeing, lowered costs during WFH, what's the *real* motivation to return to the way things were?” Annie asked.
